Account Questions:

How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www. cloud-mails.com

How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter your user name and password, then click cancel.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members.

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

I contacted and you received no response, why?
We receive a lot of emails a day and everything you need to find should be on here on the F.A.Q.

If I upgrade how long till I am upgraded?
Your account will be upgraded within 24 hours upon payment. To test to see if your upgraded go to the Upgraded Members 50% Off page. This page is exclusive to upgrade members only. You may contact us and choose Upgrade Confirmation if you would feel more comfortable receiving a confirmation from us.

Why is my account suspended?
Any member that continuously requests Upgrades and Advertising without paying for them, clicks too many cheat links or has too many bad turning number clicks will have their account suspended.

Why is my account deleted?
Any member that has too many cheat links, inactive for 30 days or selects the keyword Delete Me as one of their categories of interests will have are at risk to having their account deleted.

What is a cheat link?
A cheat link is an email that will deduct a certain amount from your account if you click into it. All cheat links sent out will have words cheat link in the subject. The email will tell you not to open the link because its a cheat link.


Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in reading paid emails and paid to click?
Emails are worth $5, $10 & $20 and paid to clicks are worth $9.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have reached the minimum payout of $50,000. Members that upgrade can have a reduced minimum payout or no minimum payout. If your a Diamond member you can request payment at anytime.

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your my redemption area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process.

When am I paid?
All payment requests made in the current month are processed within 30 days of the following month with upgraded members being the very first to be paid. Sometimes under certain circumstances of a lot of payment requests you may have to wait a reasonably time longer. When such unfortunates occur we usually send our members out a free gift. No matter how long it takes all members will be paid according to our terms of service.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via Alertpay, Liberty Reserve, Paypal & Moneybookers!

When do I receive my debit card?
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive your debit card.

Why are my earnings donated?
Any members that choose the keyword Dontate My Earnings as one of their categories of interest will have their earnings donated.

Can I purchase upgrades with my earnings?
It's not possible to purchase upgrades with your earnings Upgrades are account enhancements and like a security deposit to encourage members to participate honestly and helps avoid bots and automatic clicks.


Referral Questions:

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to Cloud-Mails on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Affiliates will earn 20% of their direct referral earnings, 10% of their indirect referral level earnings, 5% of their 3rd level referral earnings and 1% of their 4th level referral earnings.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by affiliates to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have 100's or 1000's in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

How long does it take for my advertisement to be up and running?
Advertisements are up and running within 24 hours of payment. Please be sure to fill out the advertisement information correctly to avoid any complications
